Fraser Construction Receives Distinguished Building Awards
Given annually by the Chicago chapter of the American Institute of Architects, Fraser Construction's work has been awarded numerous times for executing outstanding building projects throughout the city and suburbs. At the October 2005 awards presentation, Fraser Construction received the Distinguished Building Award for the DePaul Residence, designed by Wheeler Kearns Architects. Fraser Construction was also honored with a citation of merit for the House on the Edge of the Forest, designed by John Ronan Architect.

Fraser Named in "Best Building Pros in America" by This Old House Magazine
In October 2005, This Old House magazine included Fraser Construction as one of ten contractors selected nationwide as "Best Building Pros in America". Fraser was also the only contractor located in the Midwest. As the article states, "...this group of men and women is worthy of recognition not because they have the most famous clients or the biggest commission but because they meet the highest standards: They have collaborators, not customers; they have a craft, not a job; they make a good living, but not at the expense of a better outcome." And, as the ultimate complement, the editors of This Old House commented, "We'd be honored to have them work on our house."
